研究は私たちの未来を形作るものですが、多様な声が反映されなければ、どうやって進歩を遂げられるのでしょうか？ 本討論会では、特に女性の健康分野を中心とした、科学における多様性の根本的な影響に焦点を当て議論を深めます。
・なぜ今なお女性研究者は少ないのでしょうか？
・多様性の欠如は、イノベーションや倫理にどのような影響を及ぼすのでしょうか？
・こうした課題をどう乗り越え、より包括的な研究を築くことができるのでしょうか？
活発なディスカッション、興味深い体験談、具体的なケーススタディなど充実したプログラムを通して、研究者や専門家が自身の経験や課題を共有し、研究の未来が多様な視点から十分に恩恵を受けられるよう、解決策を探ります。
